Step 1 Sole Source My weekly results so far...

So...week 12...weighed in at my CDC at 12.1 so bang on 4 stone gone in 12 weeks. Along with 36 inches...13 of them from my waist!!

Weekly results were as follows:

Week 1 initial weigh in: 16.1
Week 2: 15.4 (11lbs off)
Week 3: 14.11 (7lbs off 18 in total)
Week 4: 14.8 (3lbs off 21 in total)
Week 5: 14.1 (7lbs off 28 in total)
Week 6: 13.12 (3lbs off 31 in total)
Week 7: 13.7 (5lbs off 36 in total)
Week 8: 13.6 (1lb off 37 in total)
Week 9: 12.13 (7lbs off 44 in total)
Week 10: 12.9 (4lbs off 48 in total)
Week 11: 12.6 (3lbs off 51 in total)
Week 12: 12.4 (2lbs off 53 in total)
Start of week 13/week 1 of Step 2: 12.1 3lbs off so a loss of 4 stone (56 lbs) so far. Average loss per week has been 4.67lbs

Now seriously thinking about my target weight. My original target was a further 22lbs, but I feel 29lbs possibly even 36lbs is within reach. We'll see... :) :) :)

So after a mad two weeks including my daughter's birthday, a week as a student and a wedding the scores on the doors are as follows:

Week 1 initial weigh in: 16.1

Week 3: 14.11 (7lbs off 18 in total)
Week 4: 14.8 (3lbs off 21 in total)
Week 5: 14.1 (7lbs off 28 in total)
Week 6: 13.12 (3lbs off 31 in total)
Week 7: 13.7 (5lbs off 36 in total)
Week 8: 13.6 (1lb off 37 in total)
Week 9: 12.13 (7lbs off 44 in total)
Week 10: 12.9 (4lbs off 48 in total)
Week 11: 12.6 (3lbs off 51 in total)
Week 12: 12.4 (2lbs off 53 in total)
All above SS.
Week 13: Start of week 13/week 1 of Step 2: 12.1 (3lbs off 56 in total)
Week 14: on holiday and then at a wedding...Step 2 ish
Week 15: 11.11 (4lbs off 60 in total)

The great thing is that I was mainly on plan food wise, except at the wedding breakfast and on my daughter's birthday, but they were planned. I did drink alcohol but again it was planned. However now I'm home I am straight back onto plan and don't desire anything different. Have realised for me it is defo expectation and habit. On hols with the family from fri for two weeks , but self catering so should be on plan. Can't wait. :)

Fantastic work :) what kind of things are you cooking on step 2?, I ask as I'm due to start step 2 in 3 weeks and a tad clueless!
 
Tbh am v boring. Tend to stick to salad with chicken or prawns or egg or tuna. But when it gets colder will have to be more experimental! ;)

Wow that's amazing! That's about 5lbs per week! I can only dream of such results! I'm doing ss+ only on week 3! X

So I'm finally back from holiday and despite not really being on plan I still lost 1 more lb by weigh in this week. Back on track now...bring on a decent loss by Tuesday. :) thanks for all your lovely comments btw. K xxx
