after abit of dissapointment going on my home scales and seeing it said id gained 4lbs, i went for my proper weigh in at the chemist today and lost 5lb and also got into the 17stones so im very pleased. my home and chemist scales are giving different weights so from now on i will stick to the 1 weigh in a week at the chemist and go by them x

Well done you. Weighing yourself at home can become a bit stressful. Your right to just stick with your weekly weigh in :)
ps I hope to slink into the 17 stone area this week!?! (fingers crossed) xx

Very well done!! Home scales can be misleading, but I find it quite difficult to resist the lure of the scales!! I usually do a Wii-Fit weigh-in when I get home after chemists as well. Girl who weighs me in is lovely, but never seems quite sure about how to follow the weight chart!!
