hi yes i would love to get back to 9stone
this is my second time on Lipotrim i lost 4 stone in 16 weeks a few months agoI have managed yo keep it off
but this last stone dont seem to want to shift :wave_cry: so back to Lipotrim I did weigh 9stone 7 years ago.... that was before i gave up smoking and piled the weight on !! x

Very good. U have managed to stick to it. That is my biggest worry. After lipotrim. I was the same quit smoking in February and managed to put on nearly two stone !! Not good. That's gone now plus more

i think you think twice after this diet !!! when you remember what you had to go through to get the weight off
but you are doing well so i am sure you wont have to worry
