Hi day one today!

im 5ft 4, 15 stone with 4 stone to lose.

Breakfast: Vanilla shake

Morning snack: Small banana and 8 Grapes

Lunch: Strawberry shake

Afternoon snack: Tesco baked crisps 97kcal, cup of tea, no sugar tiny bit skimmed milk

Evening meal: Boil in the bag fish/parsley sauce, portion of mixed vegetables, baby new potatoes and sweet potato mash (597Kcal)

Evening snack: Go ahead, yoghurt break (one slice 75Kcal)

Water intake today: 2litres, plain water

Hi Day 2 so far:

Was off work today so slept in till late morning so:

Late Morning: Strawberry shake, cup of tea, no sugar (tiny milk)

Afternoon: Mug Shot (instead of shake and afternoon snack, 260Kcal 2.1gfat)
Cup of greentea, no milk, small portion of sugar free jelly (less than 25kcal portion)

Evening Meal: Fresh ravioli (510Kcal, 4g fat) with fresh sauce (40kcal, 1gfat) Bulked with salad....nil Kcals???
Green tea, no milk

Evening snack, another portion of jelly (30kcal) and mango chunks (30kcal)

Water intake: 2lt plain water and 3 green teas with no milk

Already feel less bloated, and controlling myself well so far, but appreciate any honest opinions re:food choices as Im new to this

Started on the yoga mat this afternoon also, did 20mins hard exercises from dvd, and walking dogs this eve also.

Sounds like you are going well!

Salad is fat/ WW points free but not cal free - average portion (small bowl or size of your hand on plate) of veg/salad is 80-100 cals.

Day 3: feeling ok so far!

Got the blender out to do my shakes!

Late morning: Strawberry shake, cup of tea, no sugar, tiny dash skimmed milk.

Snack: green tea with one go ahead yoghurt slice (74kcal)

Lunchtime: Strawberry shake, green tea.

Snack: Walkers baked (105kcal), green tea

Evening meal: Boil in bag fish/parsley sauce, sweet potato mash, baby potatoes, mixed vegetables (kcal as above)

Snack: Mandarin flavour sugar free jelly (30kcal portion) with small banana.

Water intake: 2 litres plain, plus green teas.

Think im doing ok!

ok, so day 4(friday)

morning:shake
afternoon:shake
evening:EPIC FAIL- food tasting for the wedding!!! garlic bread starter, grilled steak and garlic potatoes and veg dinner, and pineaple tart with coconut ice cream lol. I knew i was going for the meal so only had one apple snack in the day. 2 glasses white wine with dinner. :eek::eek::eek:

day 5 (saturday), went to cardiff for weekend

brunch: strawberry shake, apple

afternoon: carvery in pub, lean gammon, plenty of mixed veg, 1 yorkie pud lol. and lots and lots of alcohol, woops!:D

day 6 Today:

brunch: strawberry shake:)

afternoon/eve: plain boiled pasta with tin of drained tuna, sweetcorn and bit of mayo (around 580kcal):)

ok so after losing 5.5lbs on my first week here goes my second week.

Tuesday:

morning:shake
snack: apple and small satsuma
lunch:shake
snack: snack a jacks
evening: jacket potato with homemade chilli
snack: more fruit

today (wednesday):

morning: shake
snack: 2 satsumas
lunch: shake
snack: walkers baked
evening: boil in bag fish ith potatoes and veg
snack: jelly and fruit

feeeling gooooood!:D
