I have PCOS and always thought weight loss would be impossible and there was no point "trying" to loss weight.
In October 2011 I weighed my self and I was 18stone 5lbs.
In Jan 2012 I went to a dietitian and she said I should try and lower my calorie intake to 1500 a day.
I weighed myself a week later and had lost 3lbs and I weighed myself again last night and now weigh 16 stone 5lbs. A total of 2 stone wohooo go me
I don't think I have changed my lifestyle that much.
Instead of crisps and chocolate I snack on fruit, cereal bars, bread sticks and crackers.
I don't have processed meat like sausages burgers chicken nuggets, I now have fresh chicken steak and veggie meats.
I also fill my plate up with 3 quarters veg.
