being doing my diet for a few weeks now and this is how ive done
week 1 - lost 8lb
week 2 - lost 1lb (this is the week i ate healthiest on and i lost less than the others)
week 3 - lost 3lb
week 4 - lost 4lb
and i got weighed again today and i only lost the 1lb
i have a mini goal i set to get down to 15 stone over the next 6 weeks so i got to lose 15lb in 6 weeks
i will update this post each week as i get weighed
