hi everyone.. i didnt go to my weighin last week cause i was ill and i have my weighin tues but got on scales this morning after not losing for two weeks and iv lost another 9lb for some reason the losses have caught up and i now weigh 10st exactly.. i started the diet only 7 weeks ago at 12st 9lb. so iv lost 2st 9lb which is 37lb in 7 weeks IM SO HAPPY IM GONNA GO DOWN TO 7ST 7 AS im only 4ft 11.. does anyone know how long the 2n half stone a take to shift xxx

i think usually it averages around a stone a month but the way u r going who knows!!!!!
