I did lipotrim in 2008 and went from 12st to 10st.... But silly me weren't careful enough.
In January i moved to France and was in food heaven....i put on an extra 15pounds...
End of may i had my `click` went back in lipotrim for a month and lost 22pounds.
I just finished my refeed and now i am trying to lose the rest 12pounds.
I didn't chose a diet way yet as i want to find my way... And i can live with.
For now i still eat high protein no pasta bread etc.... But eat lots veggie and a bit of fruit. I am eating careful but after every meal i am satisfied....
Even have my little treats.
I decided to make a food diary for me and see how i get on.

Today for breakfast i still had a lipotrim bar

Lunch i had one duck leg and salad.

One fromage frais as a snack and dinner i post later.
 
Ok dinner i had some chicken stirfry with red pepper courgette ginger coriander and a bit if soy sauce. Mixed with sheritaki noodles.

I had another snack 0% fromage frais with some sugarfree and low fat cocoa powder mixed...was actually really yum. And only 70 kcal altogether... Found something for my sweet tooth :)

My exercise Is for the moment only 20min each way with the bike to work. But i will work on that.
 
Today was treat day. Went to oh parents.

For breakfast a bar.

Aperitif: vegetable crisp and a riversalte
Starter: pate with 1 small piece baguette
Main: 1 piece veal and clatofis courgette
Cheese 1 slice and dessert 1 slice fruit tarte

Went for a walk for 1 1/2h

Dinner:
French beans with duck ham 1/2 glass of rose wine
1 slice cheese with small piece baguette
And 1/2 a slice of fruit tarte

Tomorrow i be good agian :) and i feel good as i wasn't stuffing my face a had small portion if everything....
 
For breakfast i had fromage frais with cocoa powder mixed

Lunch: fishsteak with cheese and iceberg lettuce

Snack: tofu muffin

Dinner: salmon skin crisps
Mushrooms in tomato sauce

Starter was goatscheese grilled on top if spinach with a few chopped walnuts

Maincourse: homemade red curry with prawns and cod and cauliflower and courgette

I am trying to stay within my 1200kcal. For now i had 1050kcal i track everyday with my fitness pal so no cheating ;-)
I still could have a snack but i skip as i am stuffed!
 
Breakfast this morning i had fromage frais mixed with 1 tablespoon natural no sugar peanutbutter and 1/2teaspoon low fat cocoa powder.

Oh dear...that did seriously stuffed
me....i only had lunch now 5 1/2 hours later

Lunch i keept simple.
Courgette with turkey cooked in light cream and garlic and chili
With that a bowl spinach and cucumber topped with little cambert and almonds

Add on:
Snack of 15g almonds

I didn't had dinner as i wasn't hungry only had a tofu muffin with a teaspoon of peanutbutter
 
Breakfast: youghurt with peanutbutter

Lunch: cauliflower with ham in cream cheese sauce
Salad of spinach and cucumber

Snack almonds

Dinner: 1 egg and 1 burger
 
Breakfast: flaxseed porridge with peanutbutter

Lunch: chickenbreast fried egg cheese. Grilled tomato and lettuce with dressing

Snack: cappucino

Dinner: chicken pepper and courgette stir fried

Snack: small hand full wallnuts
 
Breakfast: flax seed porridge with cocoa and peanutbutter

Lunch: prawns stirfry with pepper and courgette

Snack: almonds

Snack: sweet browni (1eggwhite, 2 table spoon stevia and 2 table spoon cocoa powder mixed together and micro for 46sec)

Snack: small piece chicken

Snack: 2 teaspoon peanutbutter

Very busy tonight at work didn't manage to have propped dinner but my snacks keept me going and not feeling hungry
 
2lbs is brilliant, well done. Some of the food you are eating sounds really tastey :)
 
Breakfast: quark with 1tablespoon flaxseed pinch cocoa powder chopped almonds and 1 table spoon natural peanutbutter (peanutbutter Is my new favourite addiction)

Lunch: "cord en bleu" turkeybreast with dried beef and 1slice gauda cheese, steamed courgette and quark dip with chives and pepper

Snack: fromage frais with cocoa powder and almonds

Didn't had time again for dinner as work was to busy.
But i am off tomorrow so i can have my propper meals again
 
Ok Tuesday and Wednesday i spoiled myself so today back to normal! :p

Breakfast: fromage frais with cocoa podwer

Lunch: pollock courgette and sheritaki noodles stir fried ( that had only 250kcal thanks to the noodles ;-) )

And i had i slice of homemade flax bread with camembert.

Later for my snack i gonna have homemade raspberry and coconut ice cream. I did yesterday but forgot about it....so hot here today (37°C) i think i deserve this little sugarfree treat! ;-)
 
Last night when i got home i only had a natural yoghurt not hungry cause of heat. So i skipped dinner.

Today for breakfast i had 1 slice of flaxseed bread with 1slice chicken breast and fromage blanc with some cocoa powder mixed.

For lunch i only had grilled chicken with some lettuce....to hot!

I got home for my break and had 1 bowl of my raspberry coconut ice cream and a mug brownie.

Dinner not sure yet
 
Dinner just fromage frais and peanutbutter.... Not to hungry with that heat.... I am trying to eat up during the day. 1150 kcal today....i should eat more nut i just can't. I see if i can find a higher calorie food tomorrow what would be still light.
