hello everyone..
well iv been playing around with my diet.and im really happy with the results...
2/12/2011 - week 1 on exante and my starting weight was 165lbs
after week 1
i totally changed my eating habit and ate 600-700kcals per day with all my water and green teas.
and at the end of week 4 i weighed 156.2lbs
and this week gone i done exante again for 7 days and today i weigh 151.8lbs
and from today back on my 3 week routine..
the only reason i did this is on my previous vlcd diets my 1st week is between 4-5lb and the rest would be really slow between 0-1lb a week
im loosing 1-2 a week on my 3 week routine anyway.. so id rather eat than waste my shakes and bars...
but one thing iv learnt from all this is that what you are is what you eat .... and i used to eat less but eat the bad stuff..
thank god its all changed !!
