My WW diary- 1 day closer to my goal!!

Hello everyone,

Im trying to write my food diary online so that i stay motivated. Its my second day on WW and so far im loving it :)

My day so far:

(before breakfast, a 15 minute cardio workout)

Breakfast:
1 nimble bread toast with nutella 3pp
1 apple 0pp
green tea 0pp

Snack:
1 40g crunchie bar 5pp
options belgian hot chocolate 2pp

Lunch:
3 ryevita crackers 3pp
WW Heinz tomato soup 2pp
green tea 0pp

Dinner:
2 Dalepak veggie grills 3pp each
steamed veg 0pp
ketchup 2pp

total 23pp for today

at 8pm im hitting the :whacky068:
