I really want to make this... I can't find primula light.... Has anyone tried this with a different cheese? Would laughing cow work?

I haven't tried it myself but the laughing cow is roughly the same so I can imagine it going wrong.
Let me know how it turns out as I really want to do this x

Apparently Primula Light is stocked by Asda - the only one of the big supermarkets to do so
