Nando's Frozen Yoghurt

Anyone know the syns?? Having a hard time getting info on this and apparently they change their flavours! I know it's fat free but the flavours are sugary so I know there's some syns. Any help appreciated! This was what I had before lol

Oh I hope that's true, sounds way too generous! Also not sure what 100g is....perhaps the tub without any yoghurt coming up over the line?? I resisted getting any today as was too full from my main meal!
