    Off bowling with works mates then meal at Nando's afterwards tomorrow night :)

    Any idea of points values there - what would be a typical meal point wise?

    I know it's mostly Portugese chicken dishes.

    It is my weigh in day tomorrow anyway so at least I will have time to knuckle back down afterwards although I am feeling positive at the moment so would like to be good if possible. :rolleyes:

    Chicken Breast Burger 9.5
    Chicken Breast in Pitta 7.5
    Chicken Livers in Portugese Roll 5
    Double Chicken Breast Burger 12
    Half Chicken 18
    Prego Steak 8.5
    Whole Chicken 30!!!!

    Chips are 6.5 or 8 for large

    Theres other side orders, veggie dishes, salads and desserts listed in the WW Eating out guide if you need any more, I can list them for you :)

    thanks for replies, I think it will have to be the Chicken Pitta & salad plus lots of walking about at the bowling!

    Weighed in this morning & lost 3 lbs which is a good start! Only 28.5 to go :sigh:

    Well done on your loss! Hope that you had a lovely time bowling and at Nandos - isn't it fantastic that just because you're on a diet you don't have to stop socialising!! :D
