    I went to Nando's for the first time on Thursday and omg it was lovely.
    Surely if its plain (no added salt etc) and you know the weight and only have the allowed salad then it should be ok.

    If you don't eat the skin I think you will be fine! The salads at Nandos are lovely. If you ask them they will do you a chicken breast on it's own too.

    Just looked at their website and they have a new butterfly chicken breast. Might be a bit too much chicken. But as I'm going out drinking, I think I will need it. The hard part is getting back on SS after!!

    I had the butterfly chicken and it is quite big maybe 6inches and about an inch thick. It did have the skin on but I don't like the skin anyway so peeled it off but that was where all the spice and flamegrilled flavour was. The chicken was lovely and moist but still had flavour. Enjoy your night out :)

    I eat at nandos about twice a week lol I love the Mediterranean salad it has olives and feta and mixed leaves.. just don't have the tomatoes x
