Breakfast was lots of chopped fresh fruit topped with a mullerlight vanilla yogurt and green tea.
Lunch was wholemeal bread (Hex B) with ham and lots of salad, with philly extra light (part of Hex A - the rest skimmed milk in my tea)
Banana and a satsuma as a snack
Dinner will be prawn and chilli spaghetti (recipe from Chocko1's thread) with steamed brocolli and sugarsnap peas
Not had any syns today yet! but will probably have something later this evening - most likely three chunks of Dairy Milk chocolate from a big bar.
I've had about one and a half litres of water so far and another green tea.
A good day for me so far as I've also walked for 45 mins (and then some more around town pushing a buggy loaded with baby and shopping) and done lots of housework quite energetically. I'm currently flopped on the sofa with my green tea though, having a break.
