Egg, HEb wholemeal toast (2syns flora light) beans, salad, (2syns salad cream light) fat free bacon

Sw spaghetti bolognais and pasta

(5syns oats so simple sachet with HEa skimmed milk) granulated sweetener, banana

(Didnt eat all the tats in pic as thought there was too many for the amount of superfrees)

Hiya yes we just boiled them for a bit then sprayed thrm in frylight and put in oven for about 20 mins turned them over and did the other side for 20 mins :) they were lovely :)

Really long day today! Was out till 7pm lol and the plan suffered a bit for it!

Was so hungry didnt say no to this!:

Monday 7th january

Breakfast - banana (was in a rush for school run lol)

Lunch - tomato and herb mugshot, muller light with strawberries, raspberries, & red grapes, satsuma, glass of skinny squash ;)

Dinner - mccains jacket 1 syn, lowlow cheese slice 2syns, mushrooms, spring onions, carrot sticks, icegems lettuce leaf, spinach, cucumber, beans, 2syns salad cream light, basalmic vinegar.

Shape yoghurt 1syn

Boiled egg sandwhich - 2x wholemeal 400g (HEb) flora light 2syns cucumber springbonions and a few pickled onions

Skimmed Milk in coffee (HEa)

Hot choc 2syns marshmalloe cut up 1syn, squirt of cream 2syns

Your quiche looks lovely, how do u make it? Everyone talks about sw quiche but i dont no where to start in trying to make it! X

Hiya hun x its so so easy you will be glad to know :) lol

Mix 1 tub of quark with 4-6 eggs (i used 6)
I added chopped mushrooms, grated carrot, spring onions, onion, ham, bit of black pepper.
Mix really really well!
Put in dish then add to oven on low heat gas 3/4 for 45mins-1hr (keep checking it after half hour by pulling the middle bit apart to make sure its cooked through then drain any excess fluid out and leave to cool :)

Thats how i make mine but other people sometimes use low fat cottage cheese instead of quark if they don't like it and you can add anything really such as bacon bits, tomato, spinach, chopped pepper etc...

Its really good for cutting into little squares to keep in the fridge for savoury food cravings :) goes well with sw chips too :)

Takes five mins to prepare so great for busy days :) x
