Nasi goreng???

Hi guys
I'm in SW 9 weeks now but this is my first post here.
Has anyone any idea what nasi goreng might be in syn values from a Thai restaurant?
My all time fav take away treat. I would love to know is it good or bad.
Thank you

It's impossible to say for sure I'm afraid. it will depend on the ingredients used, cooking method and portion size. There will almost certainly be oil used for cooking. Ready meals seems to be 6½ to 10½ syns for a 375g portion but the restaurant will likely be higher. Why not just make your own SW friendly version at home and have something lower in syns while eating out?

Thanks for that. I normally cook everything myself but if I want a treat takeaway I'll get that or Singapore noodles. I know the noodles is 9 syns so have been getting that every week. I would love the nasi goreng if it wasn't too high for a change. I only have half a portion but I don't want to feel guilty after it.
