I decided to start my weekly syns again but do it from a monday, as it seems more natural.

Monday 13th June

Breakfast

Banana - s
apple - s
tea x 2 - part hea

Snack:

Pineapple - s
Melon - ss
Passionfruit - s

Lunch:

Speed soup - s x 8
Apple - s

Snack before Zumba:

fibre plus bar (little hypocritical after what I said yesterday!!) heb1
Velvet crunch - 4 syns
cup of tea - part hea1

Dinner after zumba

Speed soup - s x 8
Pineapple - s
Melon - ss
Apple - s
Passionfruit - s
Kiwi - s
Nectarine - s

Total syns: 4 (allowing 10 a day)
Remainder for rest of week: 70 - 4 = 66

Oat so simple and 1 scan bran - heb1

180ml skimmed milk (remainder of milk for tea)

Lunch

Dinner

Fibre plus bar - heb2
French fries x 2 packs - 8 syns
Pink and White - 2.5 syns

Total syns: 10.5
Syns left for week: 66 - 10.5 = 55.5

Hey! Thanks for dropping by! Well it seems to be working because I lost 5lbs at weigh in this week. Just got to keep it up for the foreseeable future now to get through the 12s.

How are you? How's the weight loss going?

pan au chocolat - home made by my bf for my b'day - 15# syns!

Total syns: 30.5
Syns left for week: 40 - 30.5 = 9.5

Definately not going to make my target of syns and speedy foods!

Right so its Saturday and I failed miserably to keep within syns this week and also eat
Speed foods. It's a shame I didnt make it but it was my birthday and this caused extras that I wouldn't usually have.

Right, have had a really bad week since thurs! have had friends and family over and that means wine wine, food out and more WINE. Will be very very happy with a maintain this week!

Will be 100% from today to try to get a maintain. Everyone's just left but we had the obligatory fry up before they left!

Really can't seem to get my head in the game, really difficult for me to stick to the plan and I can't seem to tell why! I seem to go through times of being massively motivated and others I think oh sod it! Had a 1.5lb gain at weigh in on weds. Really want to be 11st 7lbs by bank holiday weekend in aug - that's 8 weeks to shift 17lbs, so need to lose 2lbs a week.

Yesterday was a complete write off. Been on plan all day today
