Hiya, I've lost 2st 8lbs, weight loss has stalled through may - think it's to do with the increase in exercise. Hoping for a 2lb loss this week, which will take me into the 12s. How are you? x

Wow that's amazing well done :) I've lost 10pound so far got another 1/2 stone-stone to lose I think before I will be happy! im 10st 4 at the mo as I had a 1pound gain on Friday :( gutted.

Do you not find you are spending loads on shopping? Fruit and veg just doesn't last it's costing me a fortune. I'm using those steamed veg bags to make up my 1/3 super free! Best inventions ever!!

I had also been swimming a few times so think that has helped. I go to Spain in 3weeks def want my stone off by then :)

Did nightshift last night and ate a doner kebab!!! Just the meat only with salad and a tiny bit if garlic sauce. WHY did I do it? I had 11syns left so hoping it wouldn't be more?? Xx

It's life isn't it? I always say that if I get the urge to have something (pizza, choc etc) I have it and then am really good after it. But I always build something up in my head and then when I have it I'm disappointed! I think there's a kebab recipe on here.

It will be tough for you because you are so close to your target, but what better motivation to lose those last few pounds. I still have 50lbs to lose and sometimes it feels like there is no end in sight! Be really positive and it will happen! Have you looked at the inspirational photos on here. Looking at them picks me up when I'm low.

With shopping, I tend to buy superfree foods that are seasonal and are on offer. Lots of strawberries at the moment. I also use frozen veggies and tinned tomatoes.

I sometimes use frozen mixed berries which are quite cheap and really good - there's a thread on here about where the bargains are on cereals/superfree foods and things in general. You've done brilliantly though - just think of lying on the beach at target - best feeling ever!! x
 
I know - it all seemed to come together in march, was doing all green days as my kitchen was being fitted.

Made a bolognese tonight, rather excited as not had one in ages.

What's Cullen skink soup?? I love soup buy never heard of it! X x

Yes I'm fine thanks - just got a little down and sick of it - I put 2lbs on at weigh in on weds and it really shocked me. Admittedly I've been a little slack, but 2lbs huge in my eyes.

Yeah, I'm ok. Feeling a but fed up - I stick to plan, exercise and drink water but feel massive at the moment. Will just have to see what tomorrows weigh in brings. I sometimes wonder if people have a minimum weight that they're just not going to get below, however hard they try :(

Glad you're back on it 100%, sure those 2lbs will come off quickly!

Just had the soup - I put it in the blender for 10 secs. It was really good and very satisfying theres loads of it! I'll have this for my lunches/dinners throughout the week! x
 
So starting from tomorrow I will:

1. Keep sins under 10
2. Keep speed foods over 10
3. Drink 2 ltrs water - minimum
4. Eat breakfast everyday
5. Make better choices with my HeXs (cereal bars are yummy, but not as filling as porridge for example)
6. Make a meal plan for the day (written the day before) and stick to it.
7. Take lunches to work each day
