Well i've had another good day today. I'm really proud of myself for cutting out all the chocolate. The best way to go for me is cold turkey. Once I've lost a bit of weight I may start to introduce it back into my diet. I'm going out on Saturday to Pizza Express ... not looking forward to it. I really DO NOT want to spoil myself. Does anyone have any ideas on what would be best to have? So anyways back to today. Red day today!! B: Weetabix x2 (H/EX - B) Semi skimmed milk (H/EX - A) L: Tuna Salad Muller light yoghurt, Apple & a packet of walkers crisps (9 syns) D: Massive chicken breast with bacon stuffed with cheese (28g mature cheddar H/EX - A) New potatoes 198g (H/EX B) And green beans. Snacks: Just have a yoghurt and a peach. So all good so far!! Lets hope I can keep this diet up ...... I don't seem to be struggling like I did on w/w so it's all good Only 3 weeks to my hol so really need to be as good as possible!!
