I can't believe I've been naughty today and had 6 cocktail sausage rolls! I've not been concentrating and ended up having 2 healthy a's! And now I was hungry so I had cereal!
Aaarrrgh I'm so cross with mysel. As I've been doing so well lost 11lb so far!

ive had a bad day too - lets draw a line - start a fresh tomorrow :)

i wanna know that when you have a bad day or feel sad or angry, you crave all the naughty things!

You have two options draw a line under it & move on. Or work out the syn value & take it off your weekly allowance that way you are staying within the plan.

Personally I'd be working out the syn value as I don't feel like I'm falling off plan that way.

Yeah it's over and done with now and just carrying on today!
I figured I mostly struggle with having 2 healthy a&b and only have about 5 syns a day anyway so it's not the end of the world and I will be fine that's a good idea tho I could try to work it out!

We all have days like that hun, just draw a line and let it go. Then get up, brush yourself off and start agin :)

Have you agree with the others Hun. Its done now and as much as we would like, we cant turn the clock back.
Just concentrate on being really good for the rest of the week.
