Hi everyone
well, i maintained this week, im feeling a bit like i might be stuck in a rut eating wise and wondered if you guys could share what you eat when you want a bit of a boost or kickstart? i dont particularly want to do success express but if i dont get results this coming week i will be going down that route.
feeling a bit fed up with group as well, tonight it really dragged on and was just going round the room talking about what people had lost/not lost and why. it just wasnt motivating.
i still am really motivated and keen to carry on with my weight loss, target is in sight and im feeling better and can wear what i like now which is great, and my fitness has improved tremendously, i just need to get over this little slow bit.
