I fry onions in a little fry light till golden, add curry powder of your choice round about 2 to 3 tablespoons full
i also add corriander seeds, paprika and a spinke of chilli flakes
add choped chicken or which ever meat u like and fry off with the spices
add tons of veg whichever u like ... i add peppers, corgettes, mushrooms cherry toms, sugar snaps ect
(i also add a grated carrot as it thickens the sauce)
make up half pint of stock pour in and add a tin of chopped toms
leave to simmer for 20 mins
i finish off with fresh coriander any and a fresh chilli
