Need a little help from my friends.......

:cry:ive lost 11lbs in 12 weeks and i thought i was doing good but seem to be slipping backwards i know i will gain at tonights wi because its lady time , i just seem to be slowing right down and im scared or trying red or green ..... just need some happy thoughts and tips to get me sorted and on the road to slim me......

start drinking 2.5ltrs of water a day, and buy some frozen forest fruits, put into small handfull portions and freeze, defrost 3 a day, and eat after every meal. Always worked for me. x
