I understand your frustration. I had a 2lb loss and felt the same BUT you can do this and have been. Your losses are fab and think how slim you will when you hit your target.

thank you, i know, i am still on track for a stone a month but i guess i had convinced myself that i would continue to lose 5lbs a week! that would be very nice though. just want to get to 12 stone like yesterday! haha x

I know how you feel as I lost 2lbs last week. But this week I lost 4lbs, so just hang in there! It all adds up :)

2 pounds is a really good loss, just go and pick up a bag of sugar and you will see how much it is

I was a 2lb loss last week, don't let it get you down hun ((hugs))

Look at your bigger picture of how much you've lost recently.. also that you are 2lb away from beating your March goal (and it's only the 17th...) and only 3.5 away from the Easter goal you set - whcih was a good amount to set and yet you're on track to beat that too!!

Congratulations are in order!! :D

I was the same as you this week as I only lost 2lb - I was quite upset when I got home because I had lived of shakes, soup & water for the past week and only lost 2lb.
Then my hubby sat me down and told me off for being so silly, he quite rightly said I have near lost a stone in two weeks.
Then he gave me a great big hug.
Sitting down later I thought about it and a couple of days I didnt drink enough water mainly because we were out and couldnt always get to the ladies so I didnt drink.
So you need to be very pleased with what you have done so far and look forward to the new you

This has made me feel a bit better as I have just come back from my 3rd WI and lost 2lbs. Felt quite disappointed but need to see the bigger picture - I've lost 16lbs in 3 weeks! I think you just come to expect big losses for the sacrifices you make by living on powdered food!! Fingers crossed it'll be more next week. Good luck everyone!!x

You have done brilliant in your weight loss dont let it stop your motivation when you read alot of postss it happens to alot of people

At least you didn't put 2Ibs on though, right??

Totally know how you feel. Last time I did this diet I stuck to it to the letter and only lost 1Ib one week. Even my CDC kicked her scales!!

2lbs is about my average EVERY week! This week it wasn't even worth writing down - 0.2lbs! I could have sneezed and lost more! But I know that I didn't even this success on any other diet, so that's why I'm sticking with it.

Could be worse - I've lost 2lbs the last 3 weeks in a row! It does suck as you think that your starving yourself for a fast weightloss, and its not happening! Im sure yours will be great again next week!
