Need help losing weight

Im in high school at the moment, I'm in my mid teens and i want to start losing weight. I'm not overly obese but im not average weight either. I would appreciate any advice to help me lose some weight as quick as i can. Thanks.
 
My advice is don't diet, because once you start you set up a cycle of weight loss/weight gain that will have you on and off diets for the rest of your life. Cut out the rubbish, eat good quality food and exercise more and your weight will naturally go to what you should weigh for your height build and age.

Do you know what your current BMI is?
