Extra Easy Need Help With Meal Planning!

hi!:) im new to slimming world, this is my 3rd weigh in tommorow and already lost 6 1/2 pounds so im really hoping to loose a few this week.....
im in help of organizing a meal plan so i know what to buy and im not buying any of those impulses we all end up getting while food shopping, i am amazed at what i had in my 2 freezers and cannot afford to replace the food....
Was wondering if anyone had any ideas out of this list can i use and in what dish would you prefer them in?
Some of these items maybe high in syns and preferably not used but im hoping most of the meat can....

lean diced beef
asda butter basted chicken breast
may park garlic chicken kievs
may park bac & chz chicken kievs
4 packs morrisons value pork sausages
pack of diced pork
2 packs pork/caramelised onion chutney sausage
shin of beef (bone in)
braising steak
meat for turkey kebabs (plain w/skewers)
2 pork burgers
birdseye cod cakes
pk pork faggots
2 pks chicken breast pieces
morrisons eat smart lasagne
pk lean mince steak
kipper fillets w/parsley
pork loin steak
lean minced pork
bern.mathews ham/chz escolopes
iceland chz&onion slices (pastys)
morrisons eat smart fish pie
2 morrisons spinach/ricotta canneloni
morrisons salmon pasta bake

i know its a lot, hubby is in usa for a while so im cooking for myself for a months at least and i would like to use up what i have already, leftovers could be for lunch the next day if need be!

right, from one emma to another ;) here goes....

lean diced beef - remove any fat, if you have any spices or anything you could make a ghoulash and serve with rice + 1/3 SF

may park garlic chicken kievs
may park bac & chz chicken kievs
^^ not sure what your syn values are for these, might be worth checking if they are a reduced fat/eat smart/healthy type brand :)

pack of diced pork - i think ive seen a low syn recipe for sweet and sour in the recipes section you could give that a go, again remove any visible fat

shin of beef (bone in) - if you have a slow cooker you could try currying it, ive done it with lamb shanks before im pretty sure shin beef would work the same

braising steak - good old fashioned stew

meat for turkey kebabs (plain w/skewers) - in the recipes section there is a special bbq thread where you will be able to find all manner of marinades :)

2 pks chicken breast pieces - spanish chicken (tomatoes, peppers etc)

morrisons eat smart lasagne - check syns

pk lean mince steak - most SW recipes use extra lean mince, but just lean is only a few syns, you could do homemade burgers

kipper fillets w/parsley

pork loin steak

lean minced pork - again burgers or make your own sausages with a bit of apple or mustard

morrisons eat smart fish pie - check syns

2 morrisons spinach/ricotta canneloni - check syns

morrisons salmon pasta bake - check syns

well done on your weight loss so far :) to me, organising meals really is the key so im very jealous of your full freezer :p i have left some stuff out but im sure other people will have some ideas for you, there are loads of recipes in the recipes section and you can always use the search facility to find a particular thing more easily :D
