I have been having real bother gettin bk on track since bein on hols can sumone help or give me advice n how to do it 100%
 
Back to basics always helps me! Get the books out and have a good browse of the website if you are a member.Good luck!
 
Do you go to a class? Have a new members talk again, I know people have said that helps and I'll do the same next week when I'm back off holiday. Write a menu out for the week inc your HE's and syns x

Get a cup of tea, have a quiet sit down and go through the basic book again. Look at what you have in the cupboards/freezer and menu plan! Throw in one new meal a week that you've been meaning to try but have never gotten around to it. Read success stories, look at photos of yourself and remind yourself why you want to lose the weight!
