need help!!

can someone help me with a couple of things:
just had a ham salad sandwich.
how many points is wafer thin ham had 3 slices?
also how many points is 800g slice of bread [white]?

Wafer thin ham is 1point per 30g and don't think 3slices would be more than one point, as a pack is usually around 100g. 800g is a loaf of bread but a slice (35g) are 2 points each
