I maintained the same weight for 4 weeks in a row. And it was soo disappointing. my advice it not to give up. I'd suggest you do a success express weeks. Basically you have 3 meals in the day and your plates must be 2/3 super free food and 1/3 free food. You pick healthy extras from either a green or red day. I think itS well worth the try. also, try going for a walk a few times during the week. make sure to have some speed and some distance. I have asthma and I stuuggle but the sense of achievement after is brilliant. Best of luck I hope I have helped . Xx
