Apples are approx 8-9g carbs per half of one so long as you have enough carbs left in your allowance you should be fine. I had a whole bag of shredded cabbage tonight and the pack said 2.5g per half pack so got a fair amount for 5g which was good really n nice with butter on.
in the end ive had 4 thin slices of a small apple.....ill be ok with that i think i bet i wont taste it after the amount of cheese i have on there now lol
