Need Motivation After Baby

    Hi all....

    I had my baby 8 months ago. Since having him I lost and gained weight. I feel thoroughly unattractive and boring. I start losing weight and loose always about 6 pounds in the first week but then give up!!!! Went to SW buy stopped loosing after 2 weeks so stopped going... Don't want to stay like this. I go to salsa dance once a week... Need a motivator pls.... A buddy?

    Exante TS was using Xenical and eating low fat and low cal. Exante baby!!!
    Welcome to Minis. Firstly congratulations of your baby,it's only been 8 months, and having a baby is wonderful thing, so don't be down on yourself. I think a lot of mothers are pressured these days to loose weight after having a baby, I don't agree with it, it's a precious thing, and should be cherished, worrying about nappies and bottles not calories and fat, so don't be so hard on yourself.

    What diet are you following hun? Have you heard of my fitness pal? It's a great site to help you loose weight, track food and find out what your own nutritional goals.

    Hi and welcome. Were you going to a class or doing it yourself?

    Don't give up give it another go.

    And start a diary thread in the right section for support and encouragement
