Need motivation to get back on the SF train properly!

Well I'm having a bit og a hard time, knew this would happened after having the flu! I have sts for the past three weeks, haven't put anything on but not good! I haven't been sticking to plan 100% which I know I have to do if I want to lose. Since getting over the flu I at first couldn't face a thing even shakes, but now seem to want to eat eat eat! Probably my body trying to get some energy back, but it must stop NOW. I'm now feeling 100% again so need to kick into tow and get the SF train going again full speed, and get that ticker moving!!! Help! :eek:

I'm making sure that I am drinking plenty of water at the moment as that is something that I am really bad at and I suspect that I was actually hungry rather than thirsty a lot of the time!

Stirky - Why don't you try eating two normal meals and one meal as a shake to try and get yourself back into the swing of things? Your immune system is probably just trying to build itself back up again and craving energy to do so. If I was you, I would go for a week having just one slim fast meal a day and then next week try to do the full plan. Its a step in the right direction, but still taking care of your body and doing what its asking for at the same time. Don't want you getting ill again!!
