I think you would need to syn one of the B choices, since you can only have one on an EE day and it doesnt look to be a red day as you've had rice (only free on green/ee) and chicken (only free on red/ee).... I must admit I love green as I love the foods (dont eat meat) and I love having 4 healthy extras. You'll get the hang of red and green, it just takes a few days practice x
 
I've gone from EE to red days. I don't eat fish so I choose my meat then build a meal round that. For example, I always have cereal and milk on a work day so that's one each of my hex a and hex b gone. So I might have ham with salad for lunch followed by fruit and Greek total 0% yogurt. That leaves me free to have a hex b with my tea, eg chicken with Veg and a portion of potato or spag bol where my hex b is the pasta. Choose your protein and the rest will fall into place x
