Need some advice please!!


I *will* be skinny again!
Tomorrow is my weigh in but I'm really struggling with the diet at the moment.
It's not that I can't do it...I WANT to do it!
I just keep getting sick. As soon as I have a shake it comes up again. And trust me...it is much better going down than it is coming up! Or if I don't sick it up I get that sicky feeling in my stomach and feel like I'm gonna be sick all day.

I don't know whether I should just stick to the diet and hope I don't get sick again, or switch to calorie counting. Any advice welcome!! Thanks!

Aww that's awful! I have never had the problem so dont know what to advice :( maybe add more water to the shake and sipping slowly over 1/2 period? good luck what ever you do x
