Need some advice please

Hi, ive booked a little get away at Butlins for me and my fam at the end of august and we paid for full board, im worried and dont know what to do, i can stay on the diet cause i will be able to make the shakes but then it means going and sitting for meals wheres there are buffets and its paid for, if i was to maybe do 2 shakes and have a meal at tea time do you think that would be ok? what sort of things will most likely keep me in ketosis?
 
Probably best to stay on it if you possibly can - just harder to get back into it post holiday.

But small amounts of protein (chicken, tuna) or cottage cheese and green veg once a day would likely keep you in ketosis. Like 810 or AAMW.
