Need some advice...

So I've been doing ww for 13 weeks and I've been doing really well. I started propoints last week and when i went to wi on wed i only lost 1/2lb. :cry: I know its still a loss which is good but its just NOT ENOUGH!! I get married next May and every lb counts to get into my dress and feel my best on my big day:love047:

So when i was doing discover i found it much easier and i lost more weight and i'm thinking why pay £20 :eek:o r whatever it is for my monthly pass when im not loosing much on this new plan? But then i'm thinking it might just be a blip cos i wasnt well and was on bed rest for 10 days so i didnt move much nevermind exercise. :confused:

So basically i dont know if i should give up on pp and go back to discover...

HELP!:confused:

I would say give it another few weeks: the new plan might be slower, but it might make you lose more fat and gain more muscle mass because of the focus on proteins, which will help the inches' loss!!! And this is the important when you want to fit in your dress (and look well!!!!). Besides, when I was slimming down and I had a week at home with flu, I lost only 0.5 lb as well (on Discover). It's because you're not burning as much but you're eating the same amount of food.

recover, give your body a couple of weeks, and you'll see the lbs melting away :)
