One last chance
Hello people, I hope you are all doing well
I was just wondering if anyone here can give me some advice on what I'm doing, if I'm doing this correctly and stuff.
Ok, so this is my second week and i have lost 6lbs in my first. I'm not really doing that much different from my previous week but I feel like I may be going wrong somewhere :/
I am however doing heck of a lot more excersise, nothing big, just 2 hours of Wii Fit for the past 3 days and did one session of Pilates on monday. Ever since getting Wii fit plus I've been hooked on it. Was on it for 2 hours yesterday and was on it at 2:30 in the morning and have been on it for 30 min today at around 9:00 am. I just the love the calorie counter it has, makes you so much more aware of your goals and achievments
I do use up all my 23 points, but i never carry over my excersise points, I just can't be asked to be honest . When I do have lots of points left over, I usually use that on yoghurt or WW treats like those lemon slices etc.
I mostly eat WW brand foods, well I have been this week anyway. Here's what I'm eating and have eaten today, is it ok?
Breakfast:
30g Bran flakes 1.5
150ml semi skimmed milk 1
Artificial sweetner 0
WW fromage frais 1
Lunch:
2x slices WW Malted Danish 1
30g WW grated cheese 1.5
Lettuce 0
Spring onion 0
Dinner:
WW wedges...thingy LOL 4.5
Snacks:
1x 4 finger Kit kat 4
1x WW Belgian chocolate 1.5
Total 14.5
