Help! I feel lousy!
I'm on day 8, have a sore throat and a bad cough and feel like poo. I'm coughing all the time (so much I can't sleep), oh, and it's TOTM (joy)!

I've got friends coming over and hubbie is doing burgers and hot dogs for them all - ARGH!
I really, really want to eat. Please someone say something to make me change my mind!!

You are doing really well, dont spoil it for horrible greasy burgers, just think of all the calories that are in all that disgusting food, keep focused

I'm not ill (poor you, you've been ill for ages haven't you Jen?) but I can smell a BARBEQUE outside so I semi-know your pain. Resist my dear, resist. Your will power is stronger than a some stodgy burger buns and some sausages and burgers that are made from eyes, connective tissue, testicles and god knows what else!

Firstly hon sorry to here you are poorly big hugs hon . its horrible when you dont feel well and doing this.
DO NOT EAT!!! otherwise you will be on here tomorrow regretting it!
You have done so well and you were so excited to lose 14 pounds!! Thats 1 stone in 1 week dont ruin it for some greasy horrible sausage or burger.. Keep up the fab work. You will feel better later for not having it!!!!

Hope you managed to resist!!
I know I was certainly put off burgers and sausages and they weren't even on offer for me!!
Seriously, it's true.... I remember the last BBQ we had it was a winter one for Bonfire night... about half an hour was taken up with eating, the rest of the night we watched the fireworks then came in for drinks and chit chat... Thinking now, if I had a BBQ now, it would be so little time spent eating the food and yet the effects psychologically it would be damaging for so long....
We just have to retrain our thoughts to know that food isn't everything!

Well done you! You deserve a massive errrr glass of water!!??!? I am currently preparing a meal for inlaws tonight.............I have done well so far, am asking DH to try it to tell me if its ok.
