ok my weight loss has always been slow although not a 100 % sure though because i was weighing myself on scales that didnt work properly at the begining but now i think i am strugerling to loose even a pound i have stuck to my diet but havent been going to the gym, the last time i went was about a month ago, but this last week has been hard because i didnt see a change in my weight at all anyway the day before yesterday i weighed myself and it said i had lost a pound but when i got on the scales today the pound i had lost was gone! i know i shouldnt weigh myself too often but couldnt help it since im not on target anymore, and sorry if im repeating myself if you have seen my other posts anyway havent quite given up yet just wonderd if anyone else had similar problems or problems with their scales.
