Need something not food related as a pick-me-up

Hi All,

What does everyone do for a pick me up that doesn't involve food? Had a rubbish friday and ended up completely crashing from my diet :( I need some tips or help what anyone else does so I can try other things next time im in the same situation.

A bath, a magazine and bubbles. Doesn't always stop me reaching for food but it might delay it for an hour! Also the clothes in the magazine can be used for 'thinspiration!' xx
how about going for a long walk ? ... keeps you away from the food temptations and helps with the diet :)

I know you said non-food related, but what about cooking?

Do something constructive for your dieting efforts and make a stew or curry. I make homemade curries and it takes me forever to do as I have to prepare the meat (I shop on a budget so get cheaper options that need trimming, or I buy chicken thighs and drumsticks which need to be de-skinned and de-boned), then it's cutting all the veg, etc.

To take my mind off stuff I like video games though.
