Need to do something! Help please? :-(

I am 25, 11ft7 and 13st0lbs

In 2006 I lost 2st7lb with Rosemary Conley GI Jeans (which brought me to 10at7lb) it was great!
After a year the class shut and I am not near a class now
The weight snuck back on!

(tried slimming world last year and lost a stone)
All the weight is back on now and I need to do something!

So the old books are out again and I'm doing kick start!

200kcals Shreddies & fruit
50kcals Clementines
400kcals Large mix box of Salads (pasta salad, potato salad, meat, vegetables etc)
50kcals Grapes
200kcals soup
80kcals. cereal bar
200kcals yogurt instead of milk

1130kcals (allowance was 1200kcals)
Friday wasn't too bad

2cereal bars 200
Yogurt 100
Apple 50
Boots shapers wrap and crisps 350
Fruit 50

1200 allowance: 750 kcals used and 450 left for my "Friday-treat-tea" which was chunky fish finger ciabatta with oven chips, scoop of vanilla ice cream

So not bad, glad I stuck to it during the day...I even turned down KFC lunch!
Well I was having a great week last week until I got a 24hr virus :-(
Now that I'm feeling back to normal I need to get back on it!
I have 2 hurdles this week :
1.meal out with the husband and father in law tonight
2. Best friends baby shower on Tuesday

...I am just going to try to be 100% for the rest of the time (even on those days-I'm not writing a whole day off )

I'm not losing fat...I'm getting rid of it! I have no intention of finding it again!!!
