Need to loose about 80 pounds

i have another 77 pounds to lose. only on my second week of cd ss and lost 8lb in the first week. i wish i had started cd when i was 24 stone. would have lost 8 stone a lot quicker than in 2 years!! good luck with ss and keep us posted x x
