Hi,
I'm on my 12th week of SS, on Sunday I'll be moving to 810 and as my BMI is 25.7, I don't think I'll be able to go back to SS; I still need to lose 19lbs and I'd like to do this by mid July, what's the best thing for me to do?
Based on weeks remaining, I was thinking of doing 4 weeks at 810 and 2 weeks each of 1000-1200-1500, which would just bring me to my holiday


Should I lose the 19lbs by then in this way or would it be better to stick to 810 for longer?
