My weight stayed exactly the same for three days and now its gone up 1.5 lbs. I know I shouldn't weigh every day but this can be so demotivating. No reason for it, stuck on sole source. Grrr
If you stick to the plan you can't fail to loose weight, you could be retaining water or totm, they can affect your weight lost, don't worry it will come off.
Try not to weigh everyday, I know it's very tempting but our bodies up and down all the time. You are sticking to SS 100% you WILL lose there no doubt about that..Try uping your water as well this really helps...THE MORE YOU DRINK THE MORE YOU SHRINK.
Put the scales a way for a couple of days and then see...I bet it will show a good loss.
If it's totm for you it could also be that you are retaining fluid...but still keep drinking.:tear_drop:
i avoid daily weighing because my weight fluctuates so much - infact i even avoid taking too much notice of weekly weigh ins now as they can go from 1lb to 5lbs or so. I now try and look at the weight loss in 4 week chunks!
I know, I know. Put the scales away. What is stopping me? What am I afraid of? It is almost like a habitual addiction at the start of the day. But it can really swing my mood.
I drink 3 litres a day and have shake for breakfast, bar for lunch and soup for tea. Even went for long walk and swimming session over weekend.
Not seeing cdc this week but I know I can't not look for over a week. The thought brings me out in cold sweats.
some people find the bars can slow it down a touch - due to carb content they will hold water! So you need to drink more, try either extra litre of water or try the bar everyother day? Is this possible?

Don't lose heart and don't let the scales rule. If the thought of not standing on them for a week sends shivers down the spine try to only stand on them every 3 or 4 days. Even though your scales are not showing a loss are your clothes starting to feel looser? Good luck
try doing the measuring tactic rather than weight too as it does show more and you can keep track of when you will be needin that next size down, and that bit feels fantastic
goood luck xx
