So I have decided to give slimming world a go, I was doing weight watchers but I'm getting a bit bored of it and think I need to change things up! I am currently 10st 8lbs and would be happy to get anywhere below 10. I havent gone to a meeting but my mam and sister go so I have been looking in there books. I will decide next week whether to stay or change back to weight watchers and if I am I will definitely go to a meeting . So here goes my plan for today Breakfast Porridge(hexB) with milk (hexA) Grapes and an apple Lunch Rice with veggies and chicken Dinner Stew Snack Mugshot Weight watchers yogurt Please let me know if I get stuff wrong it'll take awhile to get used to this!
