Hey guys, si i'm new to this forum thing. I joined slimming world in feb and have lost two stone but i feel as though im loosing faith at the minute as everything seems to have came to a hault.
I'm thinking its cause im eating the same foods all of the time that is making me crave for snacks etc.
Has any one any ideas on things I could try to get back on track! I'd really love to shift another stone by christmas!
