Hey girls - hope your all ok?? Planning a big diary catch up tmrw as I don't have any plans (yay!!!) have had a really busy week at work planning an event which was held on Tuesday night and an exhibition on Thursday which both went really well but were tiring and I'm glad they are over with now.

Saw my life coach the other day, she is really nice and very encouraging and made me feel pretty good about my decisions with food choices (compared to the majority of the other pregnant women she meets with) my habits are really not too bad! Got to stop beating myself up and just enjoy my changing bod! ;) felt some kicks last night which was amazing <3 looking forward to feeling more as the weeks go on.

On a 2 week countdown now till we can hopefully find out baby's sex - literally cannot wait, I need to know so I can go shopping :-D

Not much else to report really, just about to have a bath and then go to bed with a film, rock n roll eh!!? Been in bed every night by 9 this week so I'm really pushing the boat out tonight!

Food today:

(B) danio yog, glass of milk (hea)
Birthday cake (10)

(L) chicken chow mein (Thai restaurant, not greasy going to say 6 syns)
Apple

(D) LM burger (4) sw chips, beans and cheese (hea2)

Hmmmm no heb today, was that birthday cake filling me up and heavy lunch...

I know, so sweet - just want to feel more now and for Charles to start feeling them too :)

Work event was celebrating 10 years that the company has been going, thank you to bookers, suppliers and staff - was really nice - had canapés and champagne (although I didn't drink) and there was a magician!!!

It's all done now so having a relaxing one xx
 
It's the weekend! Lazing around on the sofa at the moment, need to do a bit of tidying then hair cut and highlights later and that's pretty much it for me :)

Been really lazy so far today, had breakfast in bed and watched the lion king, still here now. Got to be at my grans for 3 and she lives on the other side of town so need to get myself out of bed soon - feeling hungry, may have to have my planned dinner for lunch as don't think I have anything else in I can eat.. Hmmmmm decisions decisions

I'm off poorly today, felt ill during the night and really need to catch up on sleep today. An really hungry so will have some breakfast and then try and get some sleep.
