Nervous about starting CD SS+ tomorrow-HELP!!

Hello all

starting the cambridge sole sourse plus tomorrow and I am
dreading it!!! The fact I'm gonna be hungry for a few days really scares me BUT I really wanna do this as I'm so fed up of my other diets and being overweight!!! . Any support from fellow CD-ers would be great as I have no one I know on this!
