nervous newbie....

    Hi everyone,

    Ive been reading quite a bit on this forum over the past 12 months and ive been thinking about starting for the same amount of time.
    Ive got to the stage now where i am literally sick of eating, bored of trying to plan meals and generally sick of being so overweight! Although i am apprehensive about just surviving on shakes im also certain that i want to change my life and start to live rather than just be. I want this 6 excess stone gone by then end of the year and the way i figure is that its going to difficult but its got to be better than the way im absuing my body with food at the moment.
    Anyway im going to ring my local consellor tomorrow to make an appointment following such great stories that ive read on here.

    I wil let you know how i get on!

    Yeah good luck! It is hard the first week but sooo worth it after the first weigh in. I want to lose 6 stone as well and at first it seem alot but i try to think about it differently like i've lost nearly 10% in two weeks! Just go for it!

    Thats great you joining us :) honestly you'll love it when Ketosis kick in and you start getting the lbs off! 6st seems a lot but it will happen sooner then you think :) Good luck, let us know how u getting on :)
