Hi everyone,

Ive been reading quite a bit on this forum over the past 12 months and ive been thinking about starting for the same amount of time.
Ive got to the stage now where i am literally sick of eating, bored of trying to plan meals and generally sick of being so overweight! Although i am apprehensive about just surviving on shakes im also certain that i want to change my life and start to live rather than just be. I want this 6 excess stone gone by then end of the year and the way i figure is that its going to difficult but its got to be better than the way im absuing my body with food at the moment.
Anyway im going to ring my local consellor tomorrow to make an appointment following such great stories that ive read on here.

I wil let you know how i get on!

All the best hun. Hope you can find a CDC you like and get on this eating plan asap. Is is hard, but is easy too. Just got to get your head around it and ignore the 'head hunger'.

All the best on your journey, hope to see you on the boards hun
